Personal Training: $30.00 per hour or 5 one hour sessions for $125.00
Boot Camps: $120.00 per Month (3 classes per week, must have 3 or more people per class)
Sports training
~ Idividual: $30.00 per hour or 5 one hour sessions for $125.00
~ Team: $100.00 per hour (minimum of 5 people) or 5 one hour sessions for $375.00 ($75.00 per person
for 5 one hour sessions!)
Small group training
~ One partner: $40.00 ($20.00 per person)
~ Two Partners: $$45.00 ($15.00 per person)
Geriatrics training: Get out and about. Go on walks, work on strength training by using muscles you don't use on a day-to-day basis. Focus on balance, strength, and joint function. Meet new people and keep your independence at the same time!
~ Group 2 or more people: $10.00 per person for 1 hour sessions OR $100.00 per month. Classes are held 5 times per
week.
Youth training: Get your kids out! In recent studies children's obesity has sky-rocketed within just the past couple years. Do them a favor by helping them love exercise. I have classes for children from ages 4 all the way up to age 18. During these classes we will play games and learn new FUN ways to "exercise"! It is so important to help your children learn to love exercise when they are young because the older they get, the harder habits are to change. $5.00 per child per hour (classes are held 2 days per week)
The "I feel so out of shape" class: This class is for anyone who may struggle with maintaining their weight, strength, or just need someone to hold them accountable to show up. The intensity of this class is a little less than some of the others. In this class we will work on getting you back into shape, helping you gain confidence back, and bring the fun back to exercising! $10.00 per class for 1 hour sessions OR $80.00 per month. (classes are held 2 days per week)
